Partnership with World Outreach
Rona and I are scheduled to return to Brazil in July at which time we will visit a city called Sao Jose dos Campos. On the invitation of missionaries and Brazilian community and church leaders we will be exploring the possibilities of partnership with an organization that is closely aligned to us in vision and purpose. It seems that pieces of an eternal puzzle are coming together that could propel this work down the road years ahead of what we originally believed. Because it is apparent that our family’s role in Brazil could likely increase, we have made the decision to align ourselves with a mission agency called World Outreach. World Outreach will enable us to raise support in a very streamlined fashion while providing accountability and oversight, allowing us to focus on the work of ministry.FOR TAX DEDUCTIBLE GIFTS:

Unfortunately, I have spent a large part of my adult life wrongly thinking that there was a spiritual part of life and a non-spiritual part of life. The spiritual part included activities that revolved around church and Sunday and the non-spiritual part (the largest part) included the real life issues like work and everyday responsibilities which were required to just to get by. If you listen to some people these are 2 distinct compartments of life and they should remain separate from the other. God, however, thinks differently and thankfully he has not allowed me to continue deceived all of my life. He has, instead, helped me to see that “the earth is the LORD’s and the fullness thereof…” (Psalm 24:1), which means that there is no part of life that God does not exercise dominion and ownership over. This certainly includes our work lives. Nothing is more “spiritual” and God-honoring than when we faithfully work as He has created us to do in such a way to point others to Him.
Chaplains in the workplace, like Frontline Chaplains, are playing a significant role in serving employees and helping workers develop a God-centered perspective of work and in turn companies flourish.
